Press Right (2 times), Left, Down, Up(3 times), Down for the code to unlock the Body Surf ability.

Or try:

Go to “Extras” at the Main Menu then scroll to “Cheats”
Press Right, Right, Left, Down, Up, Up, Up, Down
If you entered it correctly you should get a pop up message.
